Modern 4BR Spacious Chalet

Second time staying at one of Tim’s listings and it was just as advertised! Great spot for our two young families visiting the attractions in the White Mountains. Tim was responsive, proactive, and even provided us with a solution for amenities we needed! Thanks again Tim we had a great stay!

Nice view from window. very good house. bunk bed is good for small kids. We couldn't figure out Access to pickleball court and clubhouse. Overall, if going again in that area, will stay here.

Our family had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! We went to Storyland and explored the surrounding areas, and the location of the condo was perfect. The space itself was open and clean. We appreciated that it had 3 king beds and our room was comfortable in size to accommodate our toddler’s pack-n-play. Tim was communicative, responsive, and overall a great host.

The perfect home base for a family trip to Storyland for my nephew! We much appreciated ac units in each bedroom, which so many rentals in the area lack. We hope to stay again next year!

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful as was the view through the windows. We even saw a doe grazing in the grass one morning. Everything was pristine. Beds were comfortable. The host, Tim, was very attentive and the instructions arrival and checkout were clear and simple.

We loved our stay! We shared the house with another family and their two toddlers. Having the loft really gave each family our own space and bathroom. The location is perfect for Storyland and downtown North Conway! The house is set back with breathtaking views from the balcony. Tim was very friendly and responsive when we had questions! Would definitely stay again!

Tim is a great host, very responsive, and courteous. The property is also great with a great view, plenty of space, clean, and great for a family or big group stay. Tim provided a great guidebook (designed by his spouse), which is very helpful to get around the area. The only thing which was unexpected is that we thought we were getting 4 full bedrooms with privacy, but the “4th room” is actually bunk beds set up in an open space up the stairs from the living area, which doesn’t give any privacy or prevent noise from the living room from reaching the sleep area. This can be fine for adults or older kids who don’t mind noise coming from the tv or kitchen at bedtime while others are still up, but it can be challenging for toddlers. So just be aware of that as it’s not clearly stated on the property listing. Other than that, everything else was great.

We had a great stay at Tim's chalet for a family ski weekend! The condo was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—very close to Black Mountain (one of our favorites), as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Tim was a fantastic host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Tim’s place was perfect for a weekend ski trip to Jackson area with our extended family. The house had everything we needed to make our own meals and was within a 10 min drive of all of our winter activity destinations. We would definitely come back to stay in the future.

We had a great stay at the condo! Perfect amount of space for our group. Bunk beds were a bit small for our boys, ages 15 and 10 but we made it work. They loved playing the fuse ball and air hockey. Dining table was great for dinners and games. Instead of going out to eat after a long day at Cranmore Mt. we shopped and cooked at the condo. Even though we didn't go to any restaurants the condo is close to many things. Had a wonderful time!

Tim’s place is a fantastic White Mountains base camp. Clean , well stocked , and most importantly this time of year, COZY. Check in was a breeze and the driveway was well plowed and salted. Tim was very responsive and kept us feeling special every step of the way. This is a fantastic place to spend time with the ones you love !

Looked just like the pictures, the scenery of the mountains was beautiful. The kids enjoyed the home. Only thing is that the dining area was a bit dirty, I wouldn't have mind cleaning the area if there was a vacuum available. Overall, it was a nice home.

We stayed one quick night on our fall foliage trip. We didn’t have much time but did enjoy the downtown area.

We loved our weekend here. It a beautiful place in a gorgeous location. It had all the amenities we needed, spectacular view for morning coffee, and plenty of space for two families. The kids loved the game room and the bunk bed with a slide! We were just 3 mins drive from Storyland which was awesome. When we come again to this area we’ll stay here again for sure! Tim was incredible helpful and responsive even during our very late check-in. Highly appreciated!

Above all else, Tim the host was amazingly responsive to our needs, both when trying to find the place after dark, and again when trying to get the fireplace going. That's important to us. The place was very clean upon arrival and it had an exceptional view looking west across a valley toward a mountain and setting sun. Location was very convenient to local activities including hiking trails, restaurants, shopping and grocery if you plan to cook. Beds were comfortable and all 3 rooms had king size beds. The bunk beds might serve kids better although one adult did sleep on the bottom bunk and slept great! This is a 4 unit condo next door to another 4 unit condo which seems to share parking. While there appears to be an abundance of parking spaces, it might get a bit congested if all units were at maximum capacity. Bottom line, we enjoyed this accommodation and its convenient location to a bustling area of New Hampshire. Tim and property both earn high marks - recommended!!

This place is in a beautiful area. We wanted mountain views for our Fall vacation and this was the perfect place. It has a great Europian vibe with the style of the homes. Felt like I was in the hills of Austria. Be sure to follow Tim's advice on the directions, don't count on GPS. We did and got very lost as all the houses look the same. It took the kindness of a neighbor driving by to help us find it. If we followed Tim's directions we would have found it right away. The house is well appointed and full of wonderful goodies, more than the average rental home. Contact with Tim was very easy and he always responded quickly and was always helpful. I 100% recommend staying here for a wonderful experience.

Kind host, beautiful space

There 6 of us staying in the unit and did not feel crowded. The bathrooms were fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, down to cotton balls and q-tips. Tim was extremely helpful, very organized and we'll get back to you with any questions you may have while at the unit or before. Access to Mount Washington really easy to get to. We took the Cog railway up to the summit, We even had great weather up there. We did go to the Mexican place nearby which was very good. We highly recommend renting this condo, The pictures the listing are spot on. Karen T.

We absolutely loved staying at Tim’s home. It was comfortable, clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. We loved the convenient distance from Story Land and North Conway, as well as the beautiful views.

We enjoyed our stay at Tim’s home! We were a group of 2 young kids and 3 adults. Place was super clean, easy to get in and out and had everything we needed. The kids area is up stairs and we wished we had a gate at the top of the stairs because my children are young but other then that it was a great stay! Super close to Storyland (under 5 mins drive) and under 20 minutes to North Conway and 20 minutes to Mt. Washington. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Tim was super proactive in communicating with us! We had no questions about anything because he provided all the info we needed. All in all a great stay and would recommend to anyone going to Storyland or surrounding areas!

We had a great time at this chalet. Close to a lot of local restaurants and attractions. Tim’s communication on instructions and directions were clear and helpful. We had a minor issue with one of the shower drains and he responded immediately and had it fixed the next morning. We would stay here again

This townhome was perfect for our family’s trip to Storyland! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and close by to the park and aquarium. The Mountain View’s are beautiful! Tim was communicative and provided helpful recommendations, as well as a quick response when we had a minor issue. The stairs and loft space were as pictured and described, but a bit tricky with our toddlers (not a problem with the space, just FYI to people traveling with young kids).

Tim’s place was an amazing getaway for my 30th birthday. He was extremely responsive and helpful. I even forgot my AirPods and sunglasses when I left, and he found them and mailed them back to me. Highly recommend and I will be booking with him again in the future.

Tim was super easy to work with! When we had a family emergency, he was flexible with us. The house was great with an amazing view!! And itnwas super close to Story Land, which was the main purpose of our trip. We all had a great time, and will definitley be back.

We had a great time and plenty of room at Tim’s place. It has gorgeous views and is a very short drive to Conway. The views were beautiful and the weather was perfect. Tim communicated very well and was quick to respond. It was missing identification on the condo building, and it was dark, and the light illuminating the stairs was out, so entry was a little crazy our first night but Tim was quickly available to help and sent someone to fix the light the following morning. We would definitely stay here again if we visit again. Thanks Tim!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Tim’s place. VERY clean, spacious and absolutely beautiful views of the foliage and mountains. Tim was extremely friendly and responsive to any questions that we had. Plenty of room for everyone and the home felt very comfortable. Just like the photos. 10/10 would return!

This is one of my favorite visits, especially splendid in the fall, which is what we came for. It's in a quiet, wooded area of New Hampshire. Since we came during peak autumn foliage, the colorful fields of trees in the background were gorgeous. The property had a great view of them, and it's not too far from some Thai, Italian, and Chinese restaurants, plus a Dairy Queen. The unit is in a Swiss chalet-like building. Since we were at the top level, the ceilings were high, which were very nice. The owner provided great touches for kids to enjoy, such as an air hockey table, a foosball table, and a bunk bed. Rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked. For our return visit to see autumn leaves next year, this place is at the top of our list.

Tim's place is simply put, perfect. Stunning views, spacious and as described and seen in pics. I loved that all beds were king size. It's the little details that really impressed me. A split heat/cool units, TVs with streaming capabilities in a very cozy and private place. It's so calm and peaceful. and Tim was super responsive and friendly. His voice was so cheerful and he sounded eager to help which put me at ease and I called him a couple of times for some quick help. All in all we loved the place, the vibes and I absolutely intend to return. Thanks Tim!

Our family loved staying at Tim’s place. Not only was it right next to Storyland (every child’s dream) it was very kid friendly. There were fun bunk beds with a slide, and our kids loved played air hockey and fooseball NONSTOP! The view from the balcony was stunning. We even got to see a momma black bear and her 3 cubs. The kitchen was well stocked with all the kitchen utensils I needed to cook all of our meals. We will definitely be returning to stay again.

Fantastic mountain view house! Their balcony is my favorite spot to really relax in with a morning coffee and night chat with my friends. We had a really good time staying there and the host, Tim is very responsive when I texted him for some house related questions.
