Beautiful Chalet 2 minutes from the Saco River

Great stay for a group of 5 guys. Close to main hiking areas and had everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive and helpful for all our questions. Will definitely be coming back.

we absolutely loved our stay! so close to town,hiking,rock climbing.. we fit 8 people in the home very comfortably and all of the amenities were there for our use. we really enjoyed the gas fireplace on the deck 🙂

An Absolutely Perfect New Hampshire Getaway! We had an incredible stay at Tim’s place in Bartlett! The location is absolutely gorgeous, tucked away quietly in the woods for the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The property is packed with loads of great amenities that made our stay comfortable and easy. We especially loved spending our evenings sitting out on the deck and making s'mores. It was the perfect way to unwind. Plus, whenever we wanted to explore, there were plenty of things to see and do just a short drive away. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the ultimate New Hampshire getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you are looking for a rental that is convenient to Mt. Washington, North Conway,Lincoln, and even the lakes region this is it.All are reachable in an hour or less. Very peaceful and clean. Would definitely rent again.

Our stay was incredible!! The home was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was fully stocked with enough seating in the dining room for everyone. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and all were air conditioned! The location was perfect, close to everything we like to do in the mountains as well as private enough to enjoy the quiet, the woods, and the multiple fire pits for family nights. We will 100% be back, I think this was our favorite property that we've stayed at in NH.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in the White Mountains. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. The surrounding nature is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful scenery all around. We also appreciated the many games available and the excellent TV setup for relaxing evenings. Tim and Mary were responsive and helpful throughout our stay — they replied quickly and fixed anything we asked for. Highly recommended — we would happily stay here again!

As traveling wood flooring craftsman, we constantly stay in Airbnb’s. And I will tell you, that you can always tell when it is someone’s home, and not just a company renting out a house. This was a home! Incredibly comfortable, well appointed, and exceptionally clean. You can tell that all the decisions that were made during their renovation, was for making it the best, and not just a rental. Water pressure is great. TV was great. Kitchen worked wonderfully the bathrooms were so clean! Well, worth your money. You will not be disappointed!

Cute and cozy, less than five minutes from Attitash. So many hooks for storage which was especially helpful when traveling with ski gear. Perfect place to come back to after skiing.

A great place to stay close to 4 different mountains for skiing a beautiful location in the woods, very clean and warm.

Staying at this location for a ski trip with the whole family was amazing. Just a 3-4 minute drive from Attitash made it very convenient to drop my toddler back after half day lessons and get right back on the slopes. Also, the chalet was well furnished, extremely clean, and the hosts were great with communicating!

This place was absolutely beautiful! we came for the Atattish mountains which were a 3 minute drive. We were 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need and much more. The chalet was gorgeous and the hosts were great to communicate with. Highly recommend!

The cabin is a great place to stay if you are interested in spending some time in the White Mountains area. It’s peaceful and scenic, and close to lots of great hiking. And the nearby town of Conway has plenty of cute shops and restaurants to explore.

Amazing weekend! Beautiful house. Very well stocked and spotless! Loved the gas fireplaces and the chair life swing outside! Tim was extremely easy to get in touch with when I had questions, and jumped at helping me. Great location, close enough to everything, but feels like you’re sitting in the trees on the deck. Exactly what we were locking for during our fall weekend away, and can’t wait to go back!

This is a lovely chalet, just as pretty as the photos. Great location to explore White Mountain area. We came to see The Fall, and Bartlett was perfectly placed. If you're looking to book for the ski season, the chalet is not far from two ski lifts. It's along a wooded road, with other chalets around, but not overlooked. There's a fab gas fired log fire in the living area which is beautiful and warm, and a gas fire pit on the balcony. Hosts are great communicators, chalet is lovely and clean - three bedrooms to the ground floor, two with patio doors into the garden, a bath/shower and wc to the ground floor, and an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, without outdoor balcony to first floor. Loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet. The house was beautiful with great amenities. I left a bag at the property and was notified immediately by Tim who offered to send it to my house. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect getaway for friends and family. Everything we needed was there and the location was perfect.

We had a lovely time staying at this property for two weeks while doing research at nearby Bartlett Experimental Forest. It is a small cabin but lots of effort has been made to ensure that it is comfortable and easy to keep organized (great kitchen, TONS of hooks in all the rooms for jackets, etc). HOWEVER, despite what the post currently says, there is no laundry on site. The closest laundromat is a 10 min drive away and costs 5 per load. Since we were staying for a while and working outside, this was a fairly major inconvenience for my group. We notified the property manager and they apologized, but I see that the posting still has not been updated.

Cute chalet near Bartlett. Easy drive to lots of great hikes. Nice A/C and kitchen. Two full beds in their own rooms and a triple sporting a single and bunk bed. Bring all cooking supplies and ingredients—utensils, pans, grill, fire pit and everything else you need is provided. Single bathroom but it got it done. Pretty solid value, would work best for two couples and some kids.

We (a family of four with two young children) had a delightful stay here! It is so cozy and comfortable, nestled in lovely woods, near to so many fun things to do! Tim and Mary are great hosts and we'd gladly stay again! 😊❤️

This was a very nice little place for us to stay for a ski weekend. The place was very clean and organized. It had everything we were hoping for. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. One thing that I really want to shout out is how great this place was for my scent sensitivity. Most places we stay have used heavily scented cleaning products and detergents. Even though the hand soap was scented, the rest of the house was not and and it was such a relief. I'd highly recommend this place for many reasons, but if your scent sensitive, this place is really great!

What a great stay for a family ski weekend! The location was perfect to explore the ski and tubing areas in NH and allowed our little family a comfortable, quiet atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook meals for everyone and our kiddo loved the bunk beds. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Our stay has been fantastic! The house is well-equipped, and we immediately felt at home. Tim is a conscientious and very responsive host, and we felt well taken care of the entire time. The bedrooms easily fit our family of five (kids ranging from 8-15 yrs old), and the main living space is open and cozy. We comfortably hosted friends and their son for dinner one night. We knew we weren’t going to need laundry access during this trip. The local laundromat is 10 minutes down the street, so pretty convenient if needed. Overall, this is a great house and located in close proximity to a number of ski resorts. If we return to Bartlett next year, then we’ll definitely be giving Tim a call.

The house was very cute, clean and free of clutter. Communication was frequent and clear. The location was great for our vacation plans.

The house was absolutely adorable and had so many extra touches that were obviously thought of for the guests comfort and enjoyment. K-cups supplied for coffee as well as hot chocolate. Blankets by the couches to warm up by the fireplace. Wood ready to use outside buy the fire pit. Fully stocked kitchen. Towels in each room. PS4 and games for the kids to entertain themselves. Got there in the dark. Had cute lights around the deck on, which we loved having on each night with the fireplace. Beds were comfortable. Very attentive manager of the property. The location was perfect! Near everything you could want to go to. It could not have been more perfect. Definitely hoping to come back again.

The house was great and perfect for my family! It was comfortable with everything we could possibly need including game systems, board games, and puzzles for people of all ages. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable and the beds were great! They did an awesome job of giving local recommendations and had a list everything we could need. I was glad they warned about cell phone service near the house and told me to download the guest information a head of time. Made life way easier at check in

Tim’s place was the perfect little cabin for our stay in the white mountain area. We found barlett to be super central to the kid friendly hikes and activities (mount Washington, story land, Diana’s baths, flume gorge, cathedral ledge overlook, echo lake etc). The cabin itself was well thought out, and we especially appreciated the ample seating inside and by both deck/outdoor areas. There were a lot of well placed hooks which was very convenient as we were with a lot of kids and stuff and helped us keep clutter free during our stay, no need for piles of clothing! The bathroom was fresh and had cute features that were clearly thought out and pretty. There was a vacuum which came in use as we with little kids and the carpet under the table needed cleaning often.

Such a cozy spot! Fit our needs perfectly and conveniently located for exploring NoCo with a young family. Mary & Tim were super communicative, always responsive, and answered any questions we had. Me and 7 other friends stayed in Bartlett, at a home hosted by Tim. From check in to check out, he was very responsive and helpful with anything that was needed. The home was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better weather during our stay. We were able to do activities and eat at restaurants based off the recommendations of host and they sure did not disappoint. Don’t hesitate to book this house, because it truly is hidden in the hills and although other houses are near, you feel as though you have a part of the forest to yourself! Again Tim was an amazing host!

we loved this place. it was the perfect place for a family to spend a week. the beds were the most comfortable of any Airbnb we have stayed at. air conditioning was awesome during a scorching hot week in the area. video games and board games were a hit. furniture was really nice and comfortable. kitchen was very well appointed. we stay at a different airbnb every July and this is the first one we liked so much we may return next year.

Awesome family getaway. The place was very clean, it had all the amenities that are needed, and close to the Saco River and Dianas bath’s. The owners were fast to respond if we had any questions, sent us information of places we can eat and things to do before hand. 10/10

We had an amazing time at this property. 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. Having a "kids" room with ample space and a tv with video games was great! Tim, the host, was great, responding to any questions or requests in an efficient and timely manner. A few minute drive to the mountain was great, no need to go through N. Conway traffic. We would definitely stay again.

The chalet was perfect for our stay in the White Mountains! The location was very convenient, just a short drive to North Conway. The space was very comfortable and well laid out for two couples and a kid. The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, and the bathroom clean and new. The upstairs kitchen, dining, and living room with the vaulted ceiling made for a great hang out space. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinner one night. Plenty of seating for hanging out with two couches and a loveseat, made extra cozy by the fireplace. The outdoor porch was great with the firepit and grill coming in handy. Check-in was super easy and Tim and Mary were very communicative. We would definitely stay again!

Nice relaxing place in a wooded area, but only a 5 min drive from a general store and several restaurants. 20 min drive to a larger downtown and shopping area. Close to many hiking and swimming spots. My family had a great time and we will be back.

We had a great stay at Julia and Peters place! Great location- secluded but convenient to hiking, North Conway, Story land and grocery! We enjoyed the fire table on the porch every morning/night as it was super rainy during our stay. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and timely even on a holiday! Thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cute bungalow. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful; I even enjoyed a visit from a firefly! It is conveniently located as to enjoy daily excursions if you so choose. We enjoyed hiking/mountain climbing, fly fishing, ATVing, and shopping in Conway to name a few. The rest of the time we just rested and decompressed! Sometimes, there are hiccups and we had one yet it was seamlessly addressed immediately without disturbing our visit. These owners are incredible!

fantastic place! It was just 2 of us and our dog but there is plenty of room to go with a whole family. Very clean and has everything you might need during your stay. everything was as described - no surprises. The hosts have thought of everything! Close to many trailheads, area attractions and restaurants. We were there to visit Laconia bike week (1 hour beautiful drive from the house) and to do lots of hiking. It was a great and super comfortable place to relax after a long day in the mountains. Great wifi - got all my work e-mails answered fast every morning.

The “house in the trees”was a nice home away from home for us and our dog, Rusty. It is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We did some hiking both Saturday and Sunday. There are so many nearby hikes to choose from. The Thompson House Eatery in Jackson is one of our favorite restaurants under 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed a night in cozied up by the fireplace. Stayed here for a ski race at attitash bear peak. So close I could drop off my boys and go home for a second cup of coffee. This place is nicely updated. Very clean. Holds 4 people very nicely. I’m sure the deck would be great during the summer. I will rent it again next year.

Decided to go on a little weekend getaway with my 3 children, fiancé & our daughters best friend. This place was absolutely beautiful, the windows in the living room & kitchen made the place feel like we were on an adventure. The sunrise and sunset here are perfect ! We cruised around North Conway and shopped everywhere! The sunrise shack is a great spot to eat at & very family friendly. There is not one single thing I have to complain about. Thank you for allowing us a breath of fresh air in your place ! We will be recommending to others & will stay here again with no questions asked ! Thank you 💕

Julia and Peter’s home was absolutely stunning - the pictures do not do this place justice! Beautiful peaceful neighborhood with a house to match. It has such a homey feel and was decorated beautifully. Plenty of room for all of our guests and they even let us check in early. Very responsive throughout our stay which was great.
