Comfortable home in a beautiful spot, and good space for a group. Great location for so many amazing nearby hikes. Tim sent lots of good info in advance, such as about accessing the house and also things to do and places to eat in the area. I would return here for sure!

Our family vacation was great and we loved staying at Tim’s property. There was plenty of space for our extended family and the kids all loved staying in the bedroom with the bunkbeds together. The house was very clean and all communication with Tim was very clear and timely. The house has amazing views of the mountains and having the hot tub was an extra bonus to use at night and we all loved looking up at the stars together.

Was an absolutely gorgeous place to be, with Mountain views and a secluded space. The hot tub was extremely cozy, especially during the sunset. The deck is a perfect place to make smores and enjoy some music. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

Tim is an excellent host. He was extremely friendly and responsive from booking to check out. The house was easily able to accommodate our group of 10. We enjoyed some stunning sunsets right from the deck. Plenty of things to do nearby..hiking to waterfalls, riding the Cog railway, Gondola rides and more. Our group loves to cook and kitchen was great. The Weber grill was AMAZING and cooked evenly in every in every spot. We loved our time in Carroll, NH!!

Perfect place to stay for our family vacation with kids aged 2 months to 10 years old- everyone had a blast. Close to Santa’s village and Storyland. Plenty of local restaurants and shops close by. The views from the porch (where the amazing hot tub is) and master bedroom are breathtaking. The tub and shower in the upstairs bathroom were incredible! Lots of great amenities made our stay seamless. Thank you!!

Beautiful home with terrific view. Tim was terrific to communicate with. I would definitely book with him again. Only minor concern was the steep, gravel driveway but we were able to navigate it ok.

Beautiful house, great location, and very responsive host! The view really is as tremendous as the photos in the listing, even better in person actually. Went with a group of friends, 5 adults in total, and had plenty of space. The unexpected snow in late April was a great excuse to use the woodstove and make it the perfect cozy getaway. Trails and cute towns like Littleton within a 30 minute drive making it an ideal location as well. Take the 4-wheel drive warning seriously, however, especially if you're planning on being there in the winter! The driveway is dirt and very steep.

Tim was so friendly, personable, and was a great host! He reached out proactively to see how our stay was going and checked in consistently leading up to our stay to make sure our needs were met. He was courteous when my family needed help with something, even with it being in the later hours on a weekend night. Our stay was beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what our family was looking forward to for our trip! I would highly recommend this location if you’re looking for relaxation & tranquility, yet it is still a close drive to touristy locations should you wish. The home is absolutely amazing. Pulling down the driveway, it immediately feels private with a true mountain-home vibe. The moment we walked inside, it felt warm, welcoming, and safe—instantly like home. The house was clean and comfortable, and the wood stove really set the tone. The views are incredible, and after being out in the cold all day, the fire pit and hot tub were exactly what we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again soon. Thank you!

Tim’s place is in the most beautiful location - in the morning we could see the sun rising over the mountains. We went up to New Hampshire for New Year’s Eve at Santa’s Village, which was less than 15 minutes away. Tim was very responsive and a great host. Thank you!

Tim was a wonderful host—proactive, very responsive, and great at providing clear instructions throughout our stay. The house itself was cozy, quaint, and t comfortably sleeps more people than you’d expect for its size. It had a warm, welcoming feel that made it easy to settle in. The kitchen appliances are a bit dated, and we personally found it a bit inconvenient to handle all linens, towels, and dishes before checkout, including running the laundry and dishwasher. Still, overall, it was a charming and comfortable place with an attentive host, making for an enjoyable stay.

Overall we had an easy and wonderful stay at Tim's home. He is very responsive and easy to get ahold of if needed. There are directions (virtually and printed in a binder) for pretty much everything you would need to know about the house, as well as helpful information regarding the area. The hot tub is mere steps away from the sliding door, making it an easy transition if staying during the colder months. The street the house is on is off of a larger road, but is tucked slightly into a wooded area which allowed for separation from any cars/noise, but also allowed easy access to get to any other destinations during our trip. There are two other houses you pass when pulling up to the driveway, but neither were occupied/being worked on during our stay so I cannot speak on that aspect (they are newer builds/in progress). If you had any questions regarding the house, location, etc. prior to booking I highly recommend reaching out to Tim to discuss further!

We had a terrific stay in the lovely home and really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. The woodstove and hot tub were welcome additions after days busy hiking in area attractions. The location is convenient to prominent sites in multiple directions (Flume, Mt. Washington Hotel, VT Northeast Kingdom, Mt. Washington itself). Just WOW. A stunning and clean house in the heart of the mountains. Beautiful views from the deck and hot tub. Watched the sunset in the hot tub then the beautiful stars at night. The place was super clean and updated. The grill was basically brand new, we really enjoyed grilling at night. The beds were very comfortable, loved the big tub upstairs as did my little one. Brought 2 dogs and it was so nice walking in to see a dog bed and basket of dog toys in the living room. We can’t wait to come back to this place!

Tim was great! His place was just what we needed for our get away. Our crew was comprised of my wife, 1.5 year old, and me. We thoroughly enjoyed the place and were happy with the location. It was lady Beatle season so they were everywhere and trying so hard to get inside., but we survived 😜. The hottub fit the bill for many nights after our activities. Beautiful view and great location! Able to see fall colors right from the back deck. Lots of supplies in the kitchen for cooking and grilling. AC and heat worked well for the warm days and cool nights. Would stay again!

El alojamiento no fue lo que esperaba no habían mucho utensilio en la cocina como la licuadora no había suficiente cosas como para limpiar el piso y lo peor de todo llegan a cortar la yarda cuando tú estás en el patio.. y al salir los de la limpieza haciendo reclamos estúpidos llegue a decir a decirle a mi alfintrion que parecía una broma sus reclamos ya que usamos la grama con unos globos de agua y nos llamaron la atención e hicieron un gran espectáculo por eso y dejamos todo limpio solo no trapeamos el piso porque no había cómo limpiarlo nos hicieron un gran reclamo fue la peor experiencia de mi vida aparte estaban construyendo a la par era demasiado ruidoso

This is a beautiful house overlooking the mountains. The views are stunning and the house is very clean. The property is near Santa’s Village and a short drive to other small towns in the area, especially Littleton with it’s shops and restaurants. Our family enjoyed our stay.

This was a wonderful house for our friend-family vacation! The house was great for our kids ages 4-10. The view is spectacular, the hot tub at night when the kids had gone to bed was great and Tim as a host was very responsive, kind and gave great details for a successful stay. Very close to Santa's Village (all the kids greatly enjoyed), but also private location.

Fantastic Stay – Amazing Host! We just checked out after a wonderful stay at Tim’s beautiful home. The house was clean, spacious, and had stunning views. The hot tub was absolutely amazing—definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay! Tim was a fantastic host—very responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect for our visit.

3 generations together on a trip to NH to ride the Cog Rail and spend time exploring the Mt. Washington area. It was hot so we visited local river access for kids to cool off and have fun. As visited the Scoop in Lancaster after having lunch at Smoking “T”’s bbq it was really delicious! Cellis has very good gluten free pizza and good pizza and grinders. We had a great time and the house accommodated us all even enjoyed the hot tub!! The house is at the end of a road so during our time a few vehicles turned around in front of house mainly workers building house next door.

Tim was very responsive and communicative prior to arriving. We considered rescheduling and last minute we brought a pet. He was very accommodating. The house provided the 4 individual rooms we needed. The remodeled bathroom upstairs was great! The downstairs bath isn’t as modern and the dryer needed to run a couple times to dry clothes fully. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient in carroll however is it down a short dirt road on the side of the mountain. spectacular views, we watched a pair of bald eagles. There was construction next door and those people drove down to turn around in the driveway. It was not an issue and didn’t impact our trip.

Tims place was amazing! We honestly felt like we were at home. The views from the house were gorgeous, and the hot tub was so relaxing overlooking the mountains especially in the snow! Place was aweomse, and easy!!

We had a great time staying at Tim’s place in Carroll. We spent the weekend skiing at Bretton Woods, relaxing in the hot tub, cooking great meals and enjoying so much time with our extended family. The house is so peaceful and quiet and the views are incredible. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, was spotless, and so comfortable and relaxing. Tim’s communication from the initial booking until checkout was fantastic and I would recommend his place to anyone. 10/10. We will be back! We absolutely loved our stay. The only callout I have for guests consideration is to know that the house is at the bottom of a fairly steep hill. We received a foot of snow prior to checkout and the plow had not yet come. We were able to get 2 SUV’s out no issue, but the 1 pickup truck we had needed to be pushed out with added traction strips and shoveling. We made it out well before checkout, but had we not had 4WD it would have been an issue.

This Airbnb had an amazing host, beautiful house, and breathtaking views. Great area to snowboard and snowmobile. Tim was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and every interaction was super positive. 10/10 nothing to complain about.

Had a great stay at Tim’s! The view is amazing, and the house was all new inside. We really enjoyed the fireplace and felt comfortable and at home here with our 7 guests. Tim was helpful and responsive. One tip - the street name is misspelled on the map apps. It showed up anyway but the last letter or two don’t match.

Beautiful house in a private area. The house was very comfortable for our family to stretch out and enjoy all that the area has to offer. We particularly liked sitting by the wood stove and big TV. The house is equipped with lots of great amenities, very comfortable beds, and won’t forget the view from the hot tub. They also have a fire pit on the deck for everyone to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.
