Block to Beach, Modern 3BR w/AC, Patio, Parking

This was a great stay. Tim was very responsive, clear, and proactive throughout the process and the home was spacious and clean. The A/C worked great at keeping us cool, and the location served as a great jumping off point for activities in San Juan and Puerto Rico. We also loved that the unit had a washer/dryer and beach supplies! We’d love to stay here again.

My family of 6 stayed several days here for the first part of our vacation. It was my first Airbnb in the San Juan area as we always stay at hotels. Tim was super friendly, flexible and highly responsive before, during and after our stay! The location is very sweet with Starbucks, several restaurants and pharmacies right around the corner. With the ocean located also right across the street, we enjoyed our lovely beach walk every morning. The apartment was quiet, pristine clean, comfortable and had so much room for us, and overall excellent amenities. We especially loved all the beach chairs, towels, etc. that we took with us to Luquillo Beach. We hope to stay here again!! Thanks for making our San Juan stay so great!!

We had a pleasant stay as this was our first time in Puerto Rico. The airbnb looked just like the photos. Tim was an excellent host and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, truly as advertised. Spent a week with two family members, and we each had plenty of space of our own, plus great communal areas. Kitchen fully stocked and really nice to have beach towels and gear available for use. The balcony was a lovely spot to sit and read a book and enjoy morning coffee, and it was incredibly convenient to have laundry available for a mid-week wash. Location was fantastic - very close to restaurants, bars, and beach but still quiet and peaceful street and only 10 min Uber to Viejo San Juan. Tim was an excellent host - super responsive, helpful, and proactive with communication. One thing to keep in mind, which was very much communicated by Tim, is that the parking space is quite tight and therefore, if you do rent a car, getting the smallest one you are comfortable with would be a good idea. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay with a group of five. Plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect with most things extremely walkable. And everything else a short uber away. Overall would definitely recommend this stay to anyone else

Tim’s place was a 10/10. We booked this for an all girls birthday trip and we couldn’t have picked a better location. It was close to the beach, hotels, casinos, restaurants, nightlife and most importantly- extremely safe. There are several security points to get into the apartment (I believe 3). Tim’s Airbnb had everything you can think of and made our trip completely stress-free. Tim was also very flexible and let us check in a few hours early when our flight was earlier in the day. I can’t wait to book here again!

Tim was an AMAZING host and we enjoyed our stay. The Airbnb was much bigger than expected which was nice surprise. The air conditioning was perfect, we never felt too hot despite it being 90 degrees outside. Tim accommodated our early check in and late check out request which was GREATLY appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there were beach supplies to borrow. The neighborhood is very safe and the building has multiple levels of security. I will say that there is extensive list of rules. The rules are completely reasonable, but they do result in hefty fines if not followed. If you have never stayed at an Airbnb before and/or you aren’t prepared to do some substantial clean up after your stay, this is may not be the place for you. Otherwise, everything was great and I would stay here again!

Great space--clean, spacious rooms, large balcony! Location convenient to lots of restaurants and a grocery/Walgreens. It's a drive to a gentler beach (the one nearby often has rips and rougher water), 10-15 min drive to OSJ, an hour or two to activities near El Yunque or Fajardo. Parking at the building for one small compact car which was nice. Uber always available to get around. The building is very secured with fobs, keys, codes, so it can be tough to coordinate a group's movements, but offers a feeling of safety if that's what you're looking for. This was an excellent find with a very kind responsive host and very homey accommodations that included a million little conveniences (eg. Beach towels and kids toys, a wagon, coffee pods, charging cables. fans, ice packs, etc, etc).

We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this Airbnb 5 stars! Everything was exactly as described, and all the listed amenities were provided, which made our trip smooth and stress-free. The phone chargers throughout the space were such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. The location truly can’t be beat — just a short walk to the beach, plus easy access to tons of restaurants and a nearby convenience store. It made getting around so easy and enjoyable. Tim was an exceptional host with top-notch communication from start to finish. He was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Tim was very communicative and proactive in getting us all the information we needed. He was flexible with an early check in. We had a lot of space for ourselves for a group of 6. Tim’s place was also very walkable. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo, great location

Condo was exactly what we wanted, three bedrooms and three bathrooms all immaculately clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and supplied to exceed our expectations. The open concept for the living room, dining room and kitchen made for plenty of room for our six person party. The balcony is huge and the breeze was constant for a comfortable retreat to read a book and soak in the atmosphere. Tim’s dining and activities recommendations were all spot on. A short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants and. Lose to highway for excursions beyond the immediate area. Tim was immediately responsive to all our questions before, throughout and after the stay. I highly recommend this condo!!

Amazing Stay. Perfect Location and Beautiful Space! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely incredible stay at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Tim was very communicative and check-in was easy and stress-free. They have put together a very detailed “guide book” with everything you need to know about the apartment + great recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. The condo itself was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and thoughtfully decorated with a modern, welcoming feel. Every room felt comfortable and well laid out, making it perfect for our group. The space is also incredibly well equipped: a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook meals (we made breakfast every morning), beach chairs/toys/towels, and other essentials that made beach days effortless. The location truly couldn’t be better… just one block from Condado Beach and within walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

Tim was very responsive to all our questions prior to our arrival and was extra accommodating with last-minute check-in/check-out request. Everything was in perfect working order and very clean. Beds were very comfortable! We appreciated having kitchen and bathroom supplies as well:) the neighborhood can’t be beat with a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, shopping and tons of restaurants just steps away on Ashford Ave. thank you Tim!

The perfect place to embrace Puerto Rico! A short walk to restaurants and the beach! Especially loved the large bedrooms since we had lots of luggage! It was super clean and we loved how the patio doors opened all the way across the balcony! Definitely recommend! We were a group of 3 couples and having three bedrooms and each bedroom having a bath was perfect for us!

Very convenient location! Tim is very helpful and an attentive host. The place is very safe. It was a bit tricky managing a large group in a highly secured place but it was worth it. Walked 4-5min walk to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants and casinos. Alsothe place was SO CLEAN and cold when we arrived 😎 The house had everything we needed. The laundry was soooo convenient for our group. We would definitely stay again!

A true gem! Tim, our host, was fantastic. The location was central and close to great beach spots, restaurants, and nightlife, with just a short Uber ride to Old San Juan. It was the perfect place to stay during the Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián. We were able to Uber in and walk around without feeling stuck in Old San Juan all weekend, which was a huge plus. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after long days out exploring. Tim was responsive and attentive throughout our stay, and any minor questions we had were quickly addressed. Overall, the space was well-maintained and easy to enjoy, which added to a very positive experience. Tim, thank you again. You are an excellent host—proactive, responsive, and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend this place to others.

Tim and Yaima were so helpful, kind, and responsive in making sure our stay was perfect. The condo was beautiful, a great location to everything we needed, walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, and central to a quick ride to Old San Juan, the airport, Laquillo, and Fajardo . The kitchen was well stocked with all needed appliances. It was so convenient to be able park our rental there. They had games and beach chairs and equipment, which we used frequently. And Walmart can deliver all your groceries or forgotten items, or there are a few supermarcados close too. Would absolutely recommend and return!

Had a great stay. Tim was very communicative up front, clear instructions. Apartment is nice and clean, well outfitted for a baby or toddler (high chair, pack n play, etc), including beach outings (wagon, beach chairs, beach toys). Good area, walkable to the beach (note waves are strong / not a good kids beach), there’s a great restaurant right next door too, parking a big plus. The minor issues/questions we did have Tim was very reachable and communicative in resolving (even during a holiday week). Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again.

We had a great stay at Tim and Angela’s apartment right in the heart of Condado. The unit was bright and large and perfect for our extended family. It was 5 minutes walk from the beach and steps from many nice restaurants and cafes. The unit was well equipped for a beach holiday. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was a nice touch. The hosts were very easy to deal with and they checked in with to ensure everything was going well. We’d rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay in this condo! It felt so spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for all of us to relax. My son and his wife had their own bedroom, the kids were thrilled with the bunk room, and I loved having a comfortable private room with its own bathroom. The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to the beach, and being on the 7th floor gave us beautiful views of the water right from our bedroom windows. We had some great family moments out on the balcony, including a few competitive Jenga games. Everything was super clean, and check-in was effortless. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tim’s place! The condo was wonderfully spacious, with three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open kitchen/dining/living area that gave our group the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy. The beds were very comfortable, and after long days of adventuring we all felt like we could truly rest and recharge. Waking up to a view of the waves right outside the window was a treat as well. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, cafés, and the beach, with all the beach gear we needed provided. It was also a convenient base for exploring the island, from Old San Juan and Casa Bacardi to El Yunque and the Arecibo caves. The hosts were thoughtful, communicative, and offered great recommendations. Highly recommend!
