Booked this house for a 'friends-cation' with two other families and everyone had a blast. We had plenty of room, the kitchen was great, and there were places for the kids to be occupied while the adults were able to do their own thing. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view and had everything we wanted or needed!

Everything was perfect! Both families very much enjoyed the house. Kids loved the bunk beds, making s’mores at the fire pit, games and plenty of room to roam. Could not beat the location! Easy walk to Kahuna Laguna and very short drive to beautiful hiking locations and very good restaurants. Tim was a great host who was very responsive. We’ll bring our families back for sure!

We had an amazing time and will definitely keep this home as the one to come back to when traveling to the North Conway area…lots of space, dead end road, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms so no one had to wait on anyone else!

Overall, we had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb perfectly matched the photos and the description provided. The host was quick to respond and provided detailed instructions and a helpful guide for the surrounding area, making it easy to find great places to eat and explore. The house was clean, it had ample sleeping spaces, and great parking.

The place was spacious for 8 of us with multiple living spaces and a nice deck and hot tub. The adults could relax in one area with the warm gas fireplace and the kids were on the lower level having fun. The kids loved the multi game arcade table that was there! There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen was very nice. The area was quiet yet close to downtown North Conway and only 15 minutes from attitash where we went skiing. It was a great stay!

The host was incredibly easy to work with and provided an amazing stay for my friends and I. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to have a hassle free and high quality stay.

Perfect for a group ski trip! The house slept 9 adults comfortably with plenty of room to spread out and 3 bathrooms were a huge plus! Check-in was easy and the house was clean when we arrived. As for location, the house is close to multiple mountains, great bars/restaurants and the downtown. We loved the hot tub after a long day of skiing!

Tim was a great host: helpful, timely and friendly communications. We loved the clean and comfortable bedrooms and the spotless spacious bathrooms. The kitchen equipment all worked great, even two coffee makers, one drip, one Keurig. We enjoyed lots of games with the kids and grandkids.

This was an easy rental start to finish. Location, amenities, and easy communication all made the experience a success. Would book again without a question.

Got the family together for my husband and my 60th birthdays. My son with his wife and baby daughter had a perfect room downstairs with their own bathroom and living area which was ideal when the baby needed to nap or got up early. The other bedrooms were good size, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Great kitchen that had what we needed and big table to play games. Comfy couches to sit by the gas fire and to watch family movies on the television downstairs. We even had fun in the outside hot tub! The house itself was off the main road but so close to everything! Groceries, shopping, restaurants, tubing; truly the best location! Youfei was always so quick to respond if we needed anything and he checked in daily. Definitely a 5 star host. I would stay there again!

The house worked out really well for our family reunion which included three generations. It is an easy house to hang out in. North Conway is perfect place to visit if there are toddlers that need entertaining..

Great location, great host - who was very communicative. Plenty of space. Only feedback would be to modernize the kitchen cookware and glassware as a lot of things were quite worn out and half the toaster did not work, for example.However, this was a minor thing as we had a great time at the property and it is perfectly located for a great stay in North Conway.

Very lovely house with all amenities. We were looking for a nice quiet getaway with the family near the mountains and unfortunately this house was not as quiet as we hoped since it was right off the highway. Host was very friendly and liked to check in VERY often.. for someone looking for a quiet getaway with family to disconnect, it was a bit much. Def a lovely house and close to town and restaurants.

Tim’s place was perfect for my husband’s 30th birthday weekend getaway! All of our friends had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Great layout for gatherings and hanging out. The fire pit and the hot tub were a huge hit for the group! The grill came in handy for our dinners. Tim was very responsive and also offered early check in and late checkout for this trip! We enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely look to stay here again for any future trips to Conway!

Thank you so much for hosting our three families in your beautiful home this past weekend. The house was absolutely perfect for our large group and all the kids. We all had a wonderful time and made some fantastic memories in the White Mountains.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim's lovely home in NH. Tim was extremely responsive from the moment we made our reservation. The house was on a peaceful, quiet road, but a short drive - or even walking distance - from cute shops and restaurants. We spent most of our time at the house though - cooking in the kitchen, lounging in front of the fireplace, and hanging out in the hot tub. House was bright and clean, had so much space for everyone to spread out across multiple bedrooms, and Tim answered all our questions (ie where to find matches for a campfire) promptly. Would return.

The house was centrally located to the center of town so easy access to restaurants, shopping and mini golf. Great place for a family to stay!

We had a great stay with three generations of family for a long weekend! There’s lots of room inside and out for relaxing and playing. It was a 15 min drive to StoryLand which our three kids (5-8) loved, and plenty of ice cream places nearby. Tim was very communicative and helpful.

This house was fantastic for our family of 10, (2 grandparents, 4 parents, and 4 children, ages 7,9,11, and 13). The house was clean, and all set for us to enjoy. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the fire pit. The grandkids also enjoyed the arcade games. The house is set up so there’s room for everyone to gather together or spread out to be off on your own. During our stay we talked about how much we liked the house, and to start to plan our next trip, we all agreed to stay here again! Tim, the property manager is the best! Easy to contact, quick to respond, and extremely friendly!

The location cannot be beat. If privacy is what you are looking for - look no further. We quite enjoyed the peacefulness of the location. Super spacious. Fantastic space layout. About a 5 minute drive from whatever you need/want to do. Anything we were looking for in the kitchen we found. Outdoor firepit for S'mores was fantastic. Kids loved playing at the end of cul de sac. We loved every minute of our time and will definitely be back.

Highly encourage you to book Tim’s air b and b. I spent a night with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and there was more than enough room for everyone, a spacious living room upstairs and downstairs and a nice deck out back. The location was perfect and we hope to book it again in the future.

Space matched description well - clean, well-kept and plenty of room to spread out. Great location close to everything, but the home itself was tucked into a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very communicative and proactive.

Great home and location!

We were on vacation with children and grandchildren and the house was perfect for a family. Lots of room to spread out. The location was perfect for Storyland, Scenic Train Ride, playgrounds, restaurants and shopping. Tim was awesome with communication. We had a small issue with the A/C and he had someone arrive at the house within a half hour and it was fixed right away.

The place was great. Close to tons of restaurants, bars, golf courses, etc. Tim was incredibly responsive if we needed anything. We have already talked about rebooking next year.

This house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 7 kids. The hot tub was also a huge hit!!! Tim responded quickly to messages and made sure we were taken of. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need allowing us to make home cooked meals for the whole clan. Highly recommend!!!

Great place!

We were a family multigenerational group. We all found the home extremely comfortable with lots of sunlight, beautifully designed use of space and tasteful decor. All ages 6 months to 72 years enjoyed the home! The hosts were responsive and helpful!

I want to say Tim was great he responded right away with any questions. My family and I loved the location of the house, neighbors seemed super nice. The house was clean beds were so comfy. My favorite part was the downstairs space for the kids to hangout while adults prepared dinner. Yes it’s the little things. Kids favorite was the hot tub of course. We went during February vacation and ended up in a blizzard. The plow trucks came and even did the driveway for us and when we returned Tim already had his crew shoveling it was great we didn’t even have to ask it was like he read our minds. Tim was a great host and we were lucky to have him. We will definitely be returning next year!

This house is right in the middle of everything so you can drive anywhere within minutes. We stayed here to go skiing. You can get to at least 3 ski slopes very easily. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi!

Very great place for the family getaway. The living area (den) was great to socialize in. Basement was nice to have as a separate game area. Hot tub was well maintained which was a big plus for after ski day wind downs. Would definitely stay again!

The property was perfect for our group of 9. im sure we could have a fit a few more in there. very comfortable and set up to entertain. it was very clean and a great set up for both families to basically ski in/out of crannmore mountain. great place to stay, we will be back !

We had a great stay here for Christmas Week. Very convenient to all the White Mountain attractions - skiing, cross-country skiing, hikes in parks, ice climbing, etc. Well located for restaurants and shopping. The house is well furnished, great bedroom and bathroom setup. We and our adult children had a great time here - and will certainly consider returning.

Great spot to stay for a weekend of family time. Lots of room to spread out and kitchen was perfect for cookie baking and cooking was easy and everything we needed was there. This is the perfect house for a larger group in the best location. The house has everything you need literally. from phone chargers to shampoo. The hot tub was a huge plus and absolutely amazing for those cold New Hampshire nights! The video games kept the kids busy. You really do not need to leave the house. Everything is within minutes from the house whether you want to shop or spend the day at the indoor water park! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We went to Tim’s house for a sibling reunion. There was plenty of space. Very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked. Great pantry. Bathrooms were spotless. The deck and firepit was an added bonus us. One small thing, we thought maybe a railing at outdoor steps would be safer. But other than that we all enjoyed. And would definitely go back to this house. Thank you Nancy and Family

We loved the relaxing vibe of this place. Our kids 9 & 7 loved the downstairs. They were able to watch tv and play the games, use the hot tub and have their own rooms & bathroom down there while we relaxed upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our meals and the big pantry space was awesome along with the living room space that was so cozy and welcoming. Really good vibes. The street was very quiet. We felt at home and would return again.

This air b and b was perfect, the description said it slept 12 and they were not lying. 12 adult women stayed comfortably in the home with plenty of space! The kitchen was gorgeous and we were able to have a family style dinner our first night! There were plenty of air conditions! The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We will defiantly be doing another girls weekend there!

This was an amazing last minute deal! Loved everything about the house, my family and I had a wonderful time! Tim and the cohost are so responsive and so great about checking in on their guest.
