The house was perfect for our group. The location was nearby many activities and tucked back into a neighborhood that was quite peaceful. It was easy to get to both the beach and Edgartown via bikes. The house had nice spaces indoor and out.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, well-equipped, and very clean; and located in a quiet residential neighborhood a short drive from Edgartown. The two upstairs bedrooms are light and airy, with the 'Jack and Jill' bathroom between; and the downstairs bedroom is quiet and comfortable. Tim was proactive in communication and very helpful. It was great having the beautiful space and quiet surroundings of the house. Thank-you!

The house was absolutely lovely. There was plenty of seating area for us to enjoy coffee in the morning, both indoors and out. The kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything one might need to repair a delicious meal. The grounds of the property were gorgeous with beautiful stonework and the location was perfect. Excellent communication from the host. We wished we could have stayed longer. We look forward to coming back again!

If you want a perfect place to stay on MV, this is it! Our family stayed there for a week in August and loved it. The home is lovely, spotless, extremely well-equipped, and in a great location. It is minutes from both the beach and Edgartown. Tim was a great host. He left clear instructions and got back to us quickly. We'll definitely be back!

We Had stayed at Tim's house for a few nights and it was PERFECT!!! Great house and an awesome Host!!!

Tim's property is beautiful, private, woody, and quiet where rabbits, turkeys, and deer meander through. The kitchen and grill were marvelous for cooking fresh seafood every night and they were both stocked well. The bottom room was perfect for my elderly mom who had her own bathroom right outside her door. I thought the skylights without shades would be an issue but it never was. I thought the shared bathroom between the primary bedrooms would also be an issue but with a courtesy knock, no problems. The AC worked almost too well so we usually had it off and used the upstairs ceiling fans instead. Having a washer and dryer upstairs was also very useful. There were a few issues but Tim was super responsive and had a repair tech come the next day. The deck porch with the wrap around bench was wonderful to use with a table to eat or play cards. It's a great location between State and South Beaches. We enjoyed our stay very much. Tim is an outstanding host.

The place was beautiful!! A lovely home that was nicely appointed, yet still had a homey feel. It was close to South Beach and only a short drive to Edgartown. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Tim’s place is beautiful and spacious with many wonderful amenities. The house is privately situated in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaped backyard and sitting on the benches. The location is convenient to South beach, and close to downtown Edgartown and the grocery store. The kitchen was large and well stocked with utensils, spices, coffee and tea products. The home was equipped with top of the line kitchen appliances, too. We loved walking on the bike path to go to the Katama General store. My daughters walked or ran to the beach nearly everyday. It was nice for us to come back to a great outdoor shower with great water pressure to wash off the sand from a day at the beach. We found it nice to have a washer and dryer. Additionally, the skylights in the bedrooms were a big plus, too. Loved the comfy couches . Tim was a very responsive host from beginning to end. Our family had a Great time!

We had a fabulous stay at this house. It’s perfectly located right off a bike path that gets you to the beach in a five min ride in one direction and five min to edgartown in the other. The house is really lovely with. Great kitchen, gorgeous upstairs bedrooms and nice outdoor space. Found it well stocked and appointed and very clean. Tim was fantastic with communication. We love our time there!!!

This house was as pictured, super quiet, fantastic location, 1 mile walk to beach, fun place to eat nearby, and incredibly well stocked. Had a couple minor issues and Tim resolved super fast! Loved the peaceful and private large back yard - large grill - great kitchen and very spacious and light bedrooms! Would return! Would be great for 3 couples or a family!!

Tranquil, peaceful, easy… exactly what you want from an island escape. Our family booked this very last minute and we are so happy we did. Tim was kind and responsive and even had a pack and play and baby gates sent to the house when I told him we were bringing our two small children. This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Washer and dryer worked well. Honestly would love to rebook. If we don’t it will only be because the lovely skylights in the bedrooms made my kid wake up earlier than usual. The downstairs bedroom had nice darkening shades for baby naps though. Overall an amazing stay, only good things to say.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Martha's Vineyard home! The space was exactly as pictured-immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We instantly felt comfortable the moment we walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, and the appliances were top-notch. The house was very clean, and there was more than enough space for everyone to spread out and feel at ease. The backyard was another highlight-sunny in the mornings and perfect for enjoying coffee or a BBQ later in the day. We also appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towers. Quiet beaches were just a short drive away and Edgartown as well. Tim was an exceptional host-responsive, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we would come back in a heartbeat!.
