Incredible view, immaculately clean house, & super responsive host. We had a wonderful weekend. :)

If you love New Hampshire, this wont disappoint you. The location is incredible—centrally located near tons of hiking trails, several basins, mountains surrounding you and only an hour from Conway. It was perfect for exploring everything the area had to offer. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views surrounding the property. Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. If you’re planning a large family gathering or group trip, this is the place to stay. There are plenty of beds, a game room / bar in the basement, with a huge living room and kitchen. Tim was also awesome to work with. He called before we arrived to make sure we had garage door access and provided some helpful tips for our stay. He even checked in during the trip to make sure everything was going well and that we didn’t need anything. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. Beautiful property, incredible location, spotless, and a fantastic host. Highly recommended you stay here.

Beautiful property, exactly as the listing said! Every room has a view, super easy to get to and close to all the local attractions but far enough away for some quiet. House was stunning and suited our large group great. Tim was a fantastic host and would absolutely stay here again!

This property is a beautiful home with a great view. Lots of fun activities in the home and space for everyone to hang out. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, plentiful, and spacious. Overall, it was a great space to get away while being close to many top attractions.

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s place! The views were absolutely beautiful. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Tim was a fantastic host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub and also really enjoyed the pool table. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Amazingly furnished, very lux and private experience

This is one of the most beautiful Air BnB’s I’ve ever stayed at. The view from the back patio/hot tub of cannon mountain is gorgeous. The house is perfect for a large group looking to enjoy northern New Hampshire, we really enjoyed the game room/bar area downstairs and cooking meals in the kitchen. Tim was great with communication and check in/check out was easy. Highly recommend checking out Schilling brewery 15 minutes away in Littleton!

Fantastic stay! This was the most well-appointed Airbnb we have ever experienced. The home is gorgeous and every detail feels thoughtful and luxurious. We had plenty of space for our group of 8 to spread out, and found everything we needed and more in the kitchen and pantry. The hot tub was wonderful! Tim was proactive and responsive and made sure our stay exceeded our expectations. While visiting we enjoyed fishing in the pond, hiking the Basin, and riding the Cog Railway. We really enjoyed Rek-lis and Super Secret! Cooked a great meal in, made s’mores and relaxed in the hot tub as well. This house also has enough toys, games and puzzles to keep everyone busy for days! It’s truly a perfect spot for two or three families to enjoy the beautiful white mountains! Thank you, Tim!!

My friends and I had the opportunity to stay at Tim’s place in Franconia. It is truly an outstanding property. A high end, well maintained home, in a beautiful location (Mountain views!), managed in a polite and helpful manner. My guests and I were thoroughly impressed and plan to return.

This is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in. The house is beautiful and more than matches the photos and descriptions. It has the cleanest hot tub we have ever seen in a rental property, and the rest of the house was spotless as well. The beds and linens were comfortable, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, the living room has the best giant couch to lounge on while watching movies or doing puzzles, and you can't beat a house that has it's own pool table, table tennis & darts! We loved the location as we have season passes to Cannon Mt and it's only 5 minutes away. Usually when we go on a ski vacation, we go out to dinner most nights, but this house was so comfortable and fun to stay at, that we ate every meal except one at home. I think that says a lot about a home! Tim was a wonderful host, friendly and responsive. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

This place was incredible, even better than advertised! Tim was super helpful and flexible with check in and out and provided plenty of information for an easy stay. The amenities are top notch and could not ask for anything more, hope to come back again!

This was our third time staying at this home. We love the location, the serenity and privacy! It is the perfect spot for my family to come together and spend quality time together, cooking, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors!

We had trouble finding the home as the clickable map link brought us somewhere else. Tim was incredibly responsive and helpful with getting us to the correct address. The home was beautiful and spacious. We did notice the rug had not been vacuumed as we put our baby on a mat there right away and there were crumbs and debris all over it. The rest of the home was very clean but no hand soap in the master bathroom. We were excited to enjoy the hot tub but unfortunately it had an error on the filtration and then another error with the heating. We enjoyed using the basement activities and spacious kitchen. Unfortunately, we could not locate the remote to operate the living room blinds but the view was spectacular and it was peak foliage season. This home is absolutely beautiful but we were disappointed about the hot tub as that was one of the highlights of the home. We also recommend feedback to the cleaning service of his home.

This home is beautifully constructed with the best interior woodwork throughout. All fixtures, bathrooms, bedding and windows are superb. The kitchen is fully loaded with premium appliances. The recreation room has a quality pool table, ping pong and dartboard. The scenic views from inside and out are magnificent. The hot tub is clean, works perfectly and showcases the vista of Cannon and Lafayette mountains. It’s a magical setting. We will return for sure.

The house exceeded expectations at every turn and Tim was above and beyond with his level of communication and attention to details! The house is close to a lot of features but had enough in it that you wouldn't need to leave during your stay! I certainly hope to return in the future and drink in more of the beautiful mountain views from the screened in porch! I imagine there will be tons of fights over who gets the master bedroom/bathroom! The pictures are stunning but do not do it justice!!

When we arrived at the luxury post and beam home, the views were stunning, just like the photos ! We were a group of 8 with 2 children. Most of my family went hiking in the presidential mountains. We were lucky and had beautiful weather! 2 of us stayed behind and explored the beautiful mountain area. We took a trip up the Cannon mountain tram and the views were spectacular. We could even see the house from the top of Cannon! In the evening we all went to Littleton Freehouse and had a wonderful meal. Later everyone returned to the house . Relaxing ,taking in the views and enjoying each others company. Tim the property manager was very responsive to all our needs. Yes I would recommend this home !

This was on of my favorite rentals. The home is beautifully built. Absolutely stunning!! The kitchen was gorgeous and had top of the line appliances and everything you could possibly need for preparing and cooking food! Plenty of space to sit in the kitchen/dining area. Huge TVs in the bar and living room. Kids loved all the bunk beds and the open storage hooks and cubbies in the mudroom. We used the hot tub daily and the sunset from the porch and patio was beautiful! Great view of Cannon Mtn. Had smores around the firepit! Easy access on/off Route 93. Tim was communicative and always got back to me right away. I am hoping to return next year!

This home was by far the most beautiful rental we have stayed in. The location was excellent and the setting was stunning. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and the location was private and a short drive to North Woodstock, Lincoln, and Littleton which all have great places for food and drinks. Make sure to check out Polly's Pancake parlour which is also close by and a must for breakfast. Communication with Tim was great and he was very helpful during our stay. I would definitely book again next time I was in the area.

This home is as beautiful as the White Mountains where it resides. Perfect vacation spot for friends and/or family. Tim was a great host and appropriately stayed in contact with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

My friends and I had an incredible stay at this home. Not only was the house incredible but the location was perfect. Peaceful but easy to access. Our host, Tim was excellent. He was proactive with his communication. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. All of the amenities were top of the line and the view from the back porch is hard to beat. Tim was an amazing host. The house itself was built wonderfully in an awesome location! The views are immaculate from all different spots in and outside of the house. The hot tub was cozy and exactly what you want after a long day. Between the pool table, ping pong, TVs, outdoors, and just sitting there are plenty of ways to stay busy. The kitchen is wonderful. The home was above and beyond what the photos showed, and was truly a retreat among the mountains. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The finishes and furnishings were top-notch, the kitchen was fully equipped for all types meals, and every room felt thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the fireplaces, the bar/game room in the basement, the spa-like bathrooms, and peaceful mountain views from the hot tub. Every detail made it feel like a five-star escape. The house was beautiful and exactly what the photos looked like! plenty of beds and space for everyone to hang out separately or together! Sounds system was so cool, wired through the whole house with one phone. Perfect for my girls weekend away! Friday morning we walked a trail about a .35 miles away from the house in the afternoon we spend walking around littleton down town. Saturday morning we went zip lining at Alpine Adventures in Lincoln.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful luxury home! It was a moms’ getaway with our kids (ages 8 to 12), and it was exactly what we needed. The home itself is stunning—spacious, clean, and full of charm, with incredible views from almost every window. I loved waking up early, sipping coffee with a book outside or by the big windows, just soaking in the peaceful surroundings and a fresh air. There was so much for the kids to do, and we had some busy, fun-filled days—lots of hiking, stops at McDonald’s, and some really cute local restaurants and breweries all within 15 minutes. It felt like the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Tim is amazing—so proactive, always quick to respond, even when I was delayed in getting back due to our packed schedule. He was kind enough to offer a complimentary late check-out since the cleaning crew was scheduled for later, which was a win-win and much appreciated. We would absolutely love to make this an annual trip. highly recommended!

I have never had an Airbnb live up to and exceed expectations the way Tim’s home did. The house was stunning. All appliances and cookware were top of the line and everything we could have possibly wanted was available. Truly a luxury experience! Tim was an incredible host and so responsive. The house is stunning throughout. We had two families with a range of ages. There was so much to keep everyone happy and entertained… the games room, beautiful wood burning fireplace, pristine hot tub, luxurious bathrooms, and chef’s kitchen were all outstanding. The modern design of the home is very spacious with a great ambiance. The garage was very helpful to pull the cars into when a snow storm was coming through. Lighting and Sonos were great to adjust the mood throughout the day. I have stayed in many rentals and this one is top of the pile. Enjoy!!!

I can't say enough great things about this beautiful home and Tim the property manager who made our check in very easy and always there when we had questions or suggestions on restaurants in the area. The location in Franconia was very convenient to 93, getting to Bretton Woods and also the Ice Castles in Lincoln. Everything was about 20-30 minutes from the house. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The fireplace was definitely a focal point as it was 2 sided in the dining room and also the living room. I was very relaxing after a full day of exploring and snowmobiling in Bretton woods. The game room downstairs was also a hit! We didn't have a chance to use the hot tub, but it looked like it was very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable Tim!! Hopefully we will see you in the summer.

Tim's home was amazing and we had a great time during our stay. Coming back to this house after a day of skiing and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the surroundings was fantastic. Plenty of space for our group. Highly recommend staying at this house.

We spent the weekend in this new and very well appointed house! The place is beautiful, quiet, and immaculate! Tim was an exceptional host, reaching out with a personal phone call upon booking to establish an open line of communication. He checked in when we arrived to be sure we were happy and check if we had any concerns or questions. We have stayed in several Airbnb’s all over the world and this one is top notch! Can’t say enough about this experience and how everything was so well thought of. If I were asked to come up with possible suggestions….. plush bathrobes in the master suite would have been a nice added touch when stepping out of the beautiful tub! The second would be some sort of towel rack that can be brought out by the hot tub so towels aren’t put on the ground when entering and exiting. That is about all we could come up with because everything else was on point! Thanks for sharing this beautiful home with us! We hope to be back soon!
