New Home in the heart of South Dennis

We were a family of 7 adults and 3 toddlers. Everyone loved the place. The house was clean spacious and the neighborhood was beautiful. The grandparents , kids and parents enjoyed the place a lot. The place was very well equipped for living and cooking. The instructions were clear and Tim was prompt in communication at every point of our stay. We highly recommend this for a lovely vacation in the Cape for families and will surely stay here again in the future!

Tim was a great host! He was easily accessible, a phone call away, and never made you feel like you were burdening him by calling for a need which made the state even more enjoyable. Tim was proactive and helping us to identify things that we might need during the day and a very clear instructions on how to check in and check out.! the yard is very well manicured and a beautiful scene. If I didn’t know better Id think I was the first visitor, but it is that clean and pristine on the inside..

Our stay in South Dennis, Ma was absolutely wonderful! The home was brand new, spotless, comfortable and exactly as described. Every detail from the lovely furnishings, a kitchen made for gathering, luxe bedding and state of the art technology made our trip relaxed and easy. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for unwinding, yet close to beaches, charming towns and restaurants. Our host, Tim was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great communication and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay there again!

Tim, the owner, is a fantastic host. He will check on us frequently to ask if we needed anything and how it was going. Beautiful Kitchen, living room and bedrooms with incredible showers. I highly recommend this place if you're ever spending time on Cape Cod.

We had a great weekend at Tim’s house. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The house had everything I look for in an Airbnb home. Cleanliness, comfort for all to gather around like the amazing leather sectional in his living room. Comfortable beds and closets for clothing and spotless bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, pots and pans to dishes and glasses. When visiting the cape there are several options and I’m glad we selected Tim’s lovely home in Dennis. He was extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had.

This was a great house and host. We had 3 couples and each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom. Key attribute in my book. Very spacious and the place was pristine. We spent the long weekend biking and had easy access to the bike trail. Will stay here again!!!

The home is beautiful, even nicer than advertised!

Our group of 9 ranging from 1 years old to 70 years old enjoyed staying here. Overall the home is clean and has adequate space for our group size. We utilized the kitchen a lot for cooking meals. It is fairly well equipped but could use a smaller frying pan and smaller mixing bowls. There is only one TV and couch. We felt like some of the other rooms could have used additional seating options. The location of the home is great.

Great home for our Easter Weekend. It was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice home with all the amenities. Large rooms, King beds, beautiful kitchen and baths. Great for our group of 6 adults, but there was room for more.Short walk to the bike trail and hiking trails(Indian Lands Conservation Area). Ring Brothers Market is a must see. Looking forward to renting again.

Tim’s place was beautiful. It was a brand new house with a beautiful kitchen. All the beds were comfortable and the area is beautiful. Would book again!

Pictures did not due the home justice, much better in person. As soon as you walk in you get a wow factory. Beautiful. Reviews on comfy beds and linens are accurate and very quiet neighborhood for restful sleep. All amenities are high calibre and plentiful. Easy instructions for check in and out with no hitches. Close to all the good-things to do and see with grocery stores just minutes. This hose made our Cape Cod vacation fantastic. Thank you Tim for all the extra help.

This home was awesome. It seemed to be a brand new place. The rooms were spacious & the living areas were roomy & comfortable too. So many"extras" too. Wonderful time!

The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and we felt right at home. Beds were so comfortable, and there is ample room to have have your own private spaces. It exceeded expectations!

Tim was a great host and his place was even better than it looked in photos. We went with two other couples and we all had an amazing time. There are three full bathrooms which gave each couple privacy and space to get ready for the day or wind down before bed. The home is beautiful and modern with high ceilings. It has a wonderful open floor plan kitchen, dining, living area which made it perfect for games, meals, and hanging out. I couldn’t say enough great things! Thank you so much, Tim! Would absolutely stay again :)

Tim was a great host The home was clean and worked well for our family of 6 during a reunion The only item I would offer is the bed description wasn’t quite accurate there are (2) king en-suite, a queen and the bunk beds is one set split like (2) fulls not (2) sets of bunkbeds for four so our kids needed to be moved about a little Other then that it was a great stay and experience
