Beautiful location for a family getaway!

Beautiful property, private, had everything we needed. Loved cooking outside with that view.

We spent a few family days in the area hiking and golfing. The kids were all happy to come back to the house and relax, play ping pong and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Tim is very detailed and it is clear he cares about the property and his guest's experience. We look forward to coming back and experiencing the house in the winter.

Our stay here was wonderful. Tim was a great host, responsive throughout our stay, and provided fantastic local recommendations. The property itself is beautiful and filled with amenities that made each night great. We’d absolutely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The home is very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for our adult children to have space when needed, but we especially looked forward to our time together on the deck at then end of each day. We highly recommend this home!

We spent the July 4th weekend here and had a wonderful time. it's really close to everything we needed from hikes to water tubing, and food. The home was well cared for and the space was quiet and spacious. Tim was informative and made everything really easy.

Beautiful large mountain side home ! Beautiful view and very spacious. The road to get there is steep and gravelly. There are quite a few steps to get into house but was not a problem for any of us. The deck was massive and great to sit outside for coffee and socializing. Some of the screen doors from the deck have rips but it wasn’t an issue. An abundance of supplies were available. Would love to return in each of the seasons!😀

Tim’s place was absolutely amazing. The moment we walked in, it felt surreal. There were so many thoughtful things already there that made the trip so much easier and more relaxing. It truly felt like a vacation while still somehow feeling warm and homey at the same time. The views outside were breathtaking, and some of our favorite memories were made sitting by the fire laughing together or hanging out in the hot tub. We only got one clear night of stars because it was cloudy the rest of the trip, but that one night was unforgettable. The living room and dining room were so nice. The game room was such a fun bonus, and having multiple bathrooms with a big group made everything so convenient. Tim was incredibly helpful the entire stay and always made sure we had everything we needed and that everything met our expectations. I’m so grateful we found this place and got to make these memories here. I would come back anytime!

I already wrote a review so sorry if you have already read it. Basically it was a beautiful house with incredible views with a great porch and hot tub to look from. The house was amazing enough for 9 women ages 40 to 80 to never leave the house! Tim, the owner, was also great. His emails were so friendly and all procedures were laid out so we never had any questions. Thank you for a wonderful weekend of Tim!

My family and I stayed at Tim’s house for a long weekend and we were instantly right at home. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable and the views are incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed for meals at home. Local recommendations were super helpful - although the surrounding attractions are mostly closed in April. We’d stay again and would certainly recommend to friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the mountains. The place had everything we needed and looked just like the pictures. Even the view! The hot tub and pool table were a hit. Tim was a great host and super quick to respond!

Wonderful house, very spacious and well maintained, great deck with stunning views and surroundings. Pay attention to the caution about the AWD--the driveway is no joke! (We got stuck).

We just spent school break up at Tim’s place in Thornton. Beautiful spot! The views from the deck are phenomenal, especially on a clear night. The stars lit up against pitch black sky while soaking in hot tub were the best. House was perfect for our family (5 adults, 4 kids ages 4-9 and two dogs). Plenty of space and downstairs playroom / game room was a kid favorite. Adults could hang upstairs in giant open living room with floor to ceiling windows, sunlight came in all day long. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. Grilling on deck was also great. We chose this location to be near Woodstock for Ice Castles (kids loved it!) and also nearby Lincoln and other towns for great lunch/ dinner selections. One day we made the trip out to Cranmore for tubing. Beautiful drive up in White Mountains. Everyone had a blast. Tim was an exceptional host, very responsive. However we didn’t need to contact him much cause everything was already explained and ready for us! Beautiful!

I stayed at this home for my 23rd birthday & i loved the home. Very spacious, privacy, beautiful views & home was clean with stocked amenities. The hot tub was very nice & everything felt like home :) Balcony was shoveled making it very easy to access. Over all 5 stars.

We spent a peaceful weekend at Tim’s place. The view of the mountains is unmatched. It is a spacious and clean home — and it was great having the huge deck, fire place, grill, and hot tub on the same level as the main floor. You are right in the middle of the mountains, the home was very private, and you are close to several awesome hikes in the White Mountains. There are also grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Tim’s place was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, the pool table was a fun addition, and the view is hard to beat.

It was a beautiful house with all amenities .Tim (The owner ) was very responsive when we needed help with fireplace or checking in. He communicated all the details about check in and check out clearly. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay. The location was exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean, tidy and had some home touches that felt more akin to staying at a friend’s home. Additionally the floor plan allowed everyone space to relax, get ready and at no point did we feel “on top” of each other. The patio/hot tub without question was my favorite part of the stay. Tim himself was very responsive- we had no issues while staying on his property but he made me feel assured that had they occurred he would have been equip to handle them seamlessly. We would stay here again and hope to soon! Thanks again Tim!

One of the most beautiful homes we’ve ever stayed in! The house was pristine, bright, and incredibly comfortable for our family of ten. The Wi-Fi was great, and we loved having two large TVs, a spacious living room for movie nights, and a game room fully stocked with fun for everyone. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, and the hot tub, expansive deck, and outdoor patio made it even more special. We would love to come back again someday. Stayed here for a girls trip and everything about the house was perfect. The views were incredible, and the hot tub and fire pit were perfect for sitting outside and enjoying those views. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us with additional space as well. We made a big dinner for the group and had everything we needed to cook and serve. We also used the grill and if we had a question Tim was quick and responsive and made sure that we were all set. Everyone in the group was raving about how great the house was. Will definitely be planning another trip here.

Sellingham Summit exceeded our expectations - from Mountain Views, Sunrise/Sunset, and star lit nights - in a word amazing. The house looks exactly as advertised in the online pictures. Convenient to lakes and streams for fishing, ample trails for hikers, and stores / restaurants for supplies/eating. Perfect base for a family or multi-family get away!

The photos of this places looked incredible, and it was even better in person. Incredible views from both the deck and interior, beautiful structure, comfortable furniture, and a fantastic kitchen. We all had a great time, and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If you’re looking for scenic New Hampshire views from the comfort of your home, this is the place to be.

Tim was extremely responsive…which helped when I couldn’t figure out how to turn the fire pit on…with his help I had it up and running in no time. The house is amazing and we had a great time…we’ll be back!

Family had a relaxing trip in the peace and quiet, perfect set up in the house, rooms for everyone and three bathrooms helps. Always love Woodstock with local swim holes a 5 min drive away, lots of things to do for everyone.

Great stay for a girl's weekend! lots of space and activities for a weekend in. wish we were able to use the hot tub, but the fire pit and deck made for so fun and peaceful evenings.

I booked this place for my friends and I, so we can get away from the city. It was exactly like the pictures but better in person. My friends and I really enjoyed our weekend. We wished we booked more days but time was limited for us. We will definitely come again next time. I’m sure the fall is more beautiful.

I stayed at Tim's place while my lab group (4-5 of us) was in town for an ecology conference in the White Mountains. There was plenty of space for everyone and the place was really wonderful and peaceful. It was really clean and had everything we needed...my students really loved the ping pong table! The views were beautiful and despite being set away from things it was actually really easy to get everywhere we needed/wanted to go. Tim was a great host who was really responsive and very easy to work with. We come up to the region every summer and hope this can be our new go-to place!

This home in the mountains was beautiful. It sat quietly on a hillside with a great view, especially in the morning when the light came through the windows. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt peaceful and tucked away — a perfect spot to unwind. One of the highlights of the trip was hiking Mount Pierce. The trail had a good mix of steady climbs and open views, and the summit gave us a great lookout over the surrounding peaks. It was a solid hike, but totally worth the effort. Coming back to the house afterward, tired but happy, made the whole experience even better.

What a picture perfect home and location! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to visit again. Gorgeous views, impeccably clean, plenty of space, and so private and peaceful it felt like we had the whole world to ourselves. Our stay at the Sellingham Summit was amazing, the place looked exactly like shown in the pictures! My friends and I had an awesome time in the house relaxing, enjoying the views, especially while using the hot tub! Tim was a great host, he gave very clear instructions for check in and some great tips! Me and my freinds stayed at his lovely place and it was a nice relaxing trip I will definitely be going back later this year maybe in October to see the the autumn season but I would highly recommend going here if you have a problem during your stay he will come out he was a hour away and took his time to come by. Just booked this place for a girls weekend and we had an absolutely amazing stay at home! We were looking for a cozy yet spacious getaway where we could unwind and do some skiing nearby and this place delivered in every way and actually exceeded my expectations. The views alone were breathtaking, but the house itself is also really well put together with thoughtful touches and everything you need as a guest. A friend also brought her pup and it’s rare to find a place that allows pets that’s so nice. We ended up spending more time than we expected hanging out in the home since it was so nice. The hot tub during sunset was a nightly routine. I would love to come back in the spring to BBQ on the deck and just take in the views from outside. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful mountain home! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable—the house was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly set up for a fun family getaway. We spent most of our at the house soaking in the incredible mountain views from the deck. The layout is great, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out but plenty of common areas. The kids also had a great time — they loved that they could hangout in the game room downstairs, watch their own movies and play games while the adults were upstairs. Home is private and secluded but close to anything you might need. Tim was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed!
